Being part of the exhibition Makhazin by Qanat collective, we re-activated the oasis in reference to a workshop we initiated with children in the medina of Marrakech. An installation and workshop with the children of Afrikaanderbuurt, added new words and wishes to the oasis landscape. While aiming to detect other strategies of endurance, resistance, and community, we are learning from the oasis to enhance our localities.
